BACHELOR OF PHARMACY PROGRAMME CONDUCTS ACCREDITATION FIELD ASSESSMENT

A total of two assessors appointed by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment as one of the stages in the accreditation process of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Programme. The two assessors were Prof Dr apt. Sri Adi Sumiwi, MS. (Padjajaran University) and Dr.apt. Christina Avanti, M.Si. (University of Surabaya). The current accreditation process is an effort to maintain the accreditation title which previously received B accreditation in the field assessment which was carried out online 1 year ago.  The field assessment was carried out for 2 days which started on 30 November-1 December 2021.
